By integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, big data and more, companies can increase their efficiency, use new data sources and offer personalised experiences. How are workspaces and work culture designed at Hahn Software to create an inspiring and productive environment for the team?
Florian Blischke: In order to create an inspiring and productive working environment for our team, we take a variety of measures aimed at designing workspaces and promoting a positive work culture. As we grow, we are working to create new workspaces at our sites that are open-plan, with quiet zones and flexible workstations, inspiring furnishings and a seamless technical infrastructure to create an environment in which our employees enjoy working and perform at their best.
Christopher Hahn: Through trust, autonomy and space for collaboration, we are creating a work culture in which our team around the globe, regardless of their cultural background, can find each other and where personal and professional growth is encouraged.
How does the training initiative launched in 2022 help to promote young skilled workers and at the same time support the long-term strength and innovative power of Hahn Software?
Christopher Hahn: Enrolling young talent in apprenticeships and dual study programmes will have a positive impact on the long-term strength and innovative power of our company. This makes it possible to pass on the knowledge and experience of experienced employees to the next generation. What are the biggest challenges and opportunities for Hahn Software and what are the long-term goals and visions for the future?
Florian Blischke: Customer requirements are constantly changing. IT companies need to be flexible and able to offer customised solutions, which is what we specialise in. In a highly competitive industry, it is important to build long-term customer relationships and foster customer loyalty. Meeting these challenges requires strategic planning, flexibility, innovation and the ability to adapt to the changing technology landscape in order to remain competitive in the long term.
Christopher Hahn: In addition, the demand for qualified IT specialists often exceeds the supply, which makes recruiting and retaining talent a challenge. However, we see our concept of a global workspace and our value-adding work culture as a great opportunity. Globalisation offers us the chance to take our vision beyond borders.
